HUANG ZI TAO LOSES LAWSUIT AGAINST SM

Seoul Central Branch of Civil Affairs ruled that Huang Zi Tao's contract termination with SM had no effect. The court: "dismissed the plaintiff's request", deciding Huang Zi Tao lost the lawsuit. In August 2015 Huang Zi Tao submitted a lawsuit against SM to terminate the exclusive contract, experiencing a year and 8 months of long drawn out legal disputes.
